Energizing Coffee Banana Smoothie

This smoothie is a powerhouse combo of fiber, healthy fats, and clean protein. It is perfect for busy mornings or a mid-day energy boost. It’s creamy, satisfying, and has just the right kick from cold brew coffee to get you going without the jitters. Don’t have all of the ingredients? That’s okay too! This one is easily altered to supplies on hand. Regardless of ingredients, aim for your smoothie to contain protein, fiber and health fats.

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Pour into a glass or insulated to-go cup and enjoy right away!

This smoothie is a regular in my rotation. It is simple, nourishing, and totally customizable.
