About Me
I understand firsthand how powerful lifestyle changes can be. After being prescribed a statin and experiencing adverse side effects, I began exploring natural, evidence-based ways to support my heart health. Through targeted nutrition, movement, stress management, and deeper testing, I successfully lowered my cholesterol without medication and gained a clearer understanding of my personal risk factors.
Around the same time, I helped a close family member reverse pre-diabetes, a condition that runs in our family, by applying similar lifestyle strategies. Those experiences confirmed my belief that sustainable wellness isn’t about perfection or restriction, but about understanding your body and making informed, consistent choices that truly work for you.
Today, I support adults who want to take a proactive approach to their health, whether that means preventing the need for higher medication doses, exploring safe reduction in collaboration with their doctor, or simply improving overall wellness as they age. My coaching follows the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) standards and practices, providing a structured, client-centered process that empowers you to create your own path toward lasting health.

Why I Coach
—
I’ve seen how powerful small, intentional lifestyle changes can be, both in my own life and in the lives of those I care about. Experiencing side effects from medication and watching a loved one reverse prediabetes showed me that, with the right support, people can make meaningful improvements to their health and quality of life. Coaching allows me to walk alongside others as they discover what’s possible for their bodies, develop confidence in their daily habits, and partner with their healthcare providers to take a more proactive role in their wellness.
