Frozen to Finished: Easy Roasted Atlantic Salmon in 20 Minutes

All you need is a broiler-safe pan and a few pantry staples to get dinner on the table, fast.
Roasted Atlantic Salmon
Ingredients
2 – 4 oz Atlantic salmon fillets (I use Whole Foods Frozen Atlantic salmon)
2 tsp avocado oil
2 tsp seasoning (any kind, switch it up!)
Directions
Turn oven on broil (high if you like crispy, otherwise use low)
Add salmon fillets to a broiler-safe pan
Brush each fillet with 1 tsp avocado oil
Add 1 tsp seasoning to each fillet, brush to evenly distribute
Cook fillets for 16 min
