  • 7 coaching sessions (30 minutes each — 6 biweekly, plus 1 follow-up)

  • Accountability check-ins (email or text)

  • A Personalized Wellness Focus Plan that evolves with you

  • Access to guided exercises and resources tailored to your goals

 

 

Q: How long is the coaching commitment?

A: Most clients start with a 3-month package, but I offer biweekly sessions and flexible options depending on your goals.
